Previously, a rule for the Clustered Trivial Database (CTDB) was missing. As a consequence, SELinux denied successful finish of a CTDB failover. The transition rule for the "ctbd_t" domain was added, and a CTDB failover now succeeds.

building of selinux-policy-3.13.1-115.el7 failed, recommended to use selinux-policy-3.13.1-116.el7
