Description of problem:
Rabbitmq responds slowly and sometimes nova compute issues IOError socket closed
 errors
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RH OSP 8.0

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. After deployment, nova-conductor and nova-compute throws errors and some times nova-compute is struck and throws timed out or IOError.

nova hypervisor-list is empty but nova service-list shows entries

Actual results:
nova hypervisor-list is empty but nova service-list shows entries

Expected results:
nova hypervisor-list should show the compute host

I suspect that upgrade fixed the issue. Any news since then?
