Description of problem:
When editing a rule if the search takes to long the time out (proxy/search) triggers and you lose your work.

A long running search.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a rule that searches a lot of bugs.

timeout, work lost

Expected results:
time out caught, rule saveable but disabled
