Description of problem:

By creating new cloud provider, network provider is not being synced to cloud provider 

Instance provisioning is missing the cloud network. 

The network is available in network provider, however is missing in instance provisioning.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new cloud provider 
2. go to cloud -> instances
3. click on lifecycle
4. select the image to provision the instance from
5. go to environment, enter the cloud admin, Availability Zones, Cloud Network

Actual results:

The Cloud Network is empty

Expected results:

proceed with the instance provisioning, have the cloud network available for cloud provider

Ronnie, is the network provider not being associated with the cloud provider?  Or is the network simply missing as an option?  We need very specific details here.

Mainn, the network is associated with the cloud provider in network manager, however it is missing on cloud network options and in provider details. 
I guess that the cloud provider hasn't been able to pick the cloud network on cloud provider creation

This does not seem to be reproducible. Ola, do you know if this still happens, or if this bug can be closed?
