Description of problem:
Redirect USB3 in RHEV-M, bug is open for RHEL7

1. Enable USB Support on VM
2. Redirect USB3 to Windows Guest
3. Message Device is not recognized

Actual results:
USB3 is not recognized

Support of USB3

this component is obsolete, no need to add the duplicate BZ. The problem will be addressed in RHEL 7.4.
