Description of problem:
'rhui-manager status' returns 'NEVER' sync status of repo, meanwhile it's 'SYNCING'

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
iso 20161206

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add a big repo,  
2. sync it
3. watch disk space changes with 'df -h'  in some time intervals or use pulp-admin tasks list
4. see what 'rhui-manager status' says
