This is a tracking bug.

For the sake of backward compatibility, we are using different set of parameter names for argv and stdin.

The names should be same (or almost same e.g. retry_on vs retry-on).
We cannot remove the old names as it will break backward compatibility but we can create a new one and use them instead. That way, the old configuration will work.
