Description of problem:

I have seen number of times where Customers are hitting the issue where overcloud nodes are not able to get the IP during the deployment while using undercloud as VMware VM.

After following the kcs [1] nodes are able to get the IP. It's better to mention this KCS in deployment guide. 

similarly for RHEVM also we have KCS [2]

Closing this BZ as undercloud on VM was supported in OpenStack Platform 10+. We now have a page for virtualized undercloud in the OSP 10 docs:
