Description of problem:
Startup apps is not in system part if cinnamon panel.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Latest fedora updates

How reproducible:
Add some startup apps as psi, skype, claws-mail or other and no icon is in system tray after cinnamon start.

Actual results:
No icons in system tray.

Expected results:
Icons in system tray.

Try adding a delay to the failing apps, run
