Description of problem:
Current implementation of viostor driver is a single command queue only.
Driver needs to be aware of multi-queue feature and treat it properly.

move to rhel7.6 as bz1378532 is move to rhel7.6

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
