Additional info:
What problem/issue/behavior are you having trouble with? What do you expect to see?

Go to My Services --> select a service --> Retire this Service: it brings you back to the Requests page rather than staying on the My Services page. Ideally, we want to return to the My Services page which is what we had with version 3.2

Where are you experiencing the behavior? What environment?

Production

When does the behavior occur? Frequently? Repeatedly? At certain times?

Repeatedly

What information can you provide around timeframes and urgency?

We would prefer to have this resolved before opening the environment back up to the customers Monday morning.

Comment 2 Thomas Hennessy 2016-12-11 20:57:03 UTC
problem identified by the customer as a customer local automation error so there is no product defect to address. Closing at the request of the customer.

Comment 3 Thomas Hennessy 2016-12-11 21:48:51 UTC

Josh, could you please get the logs from the customer - I need the logs to diagnose this issue as we could not reproduce it here.
