Description Leo Khomenko 2016-12-12 11:09:31 UTC
Description of problem:How do we get this value? It gets updated only on Amazon and Vmware providers, for all others it's shown as "N/A" even after changing "Power State" and updating "State Changed On"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):5.7.0.14

How reproducible:100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check "Last Boot time" of GCE/Azure/SCVMM VMs
2.Reset/Reboot/Power Off/etc
3.Check last boot again

Actual results:N/A

Expected results:Should be updated if state had changed

Additional info:Do we get this value based on timelines or not? or just fetching it from provider. this might be RFE

Comment 3 Marcel Hild 2017-02-20 13:45:55 UTC
We collect the field per refresh. Timelines are events and have nothing to do with it.

I had a look and only those providers do collect it:

* amazon
* azure
* vmware
* ovirt / rhv

If you think it should be filled for other providers could you please open a BZ per provider?
