Description of problem:
MongoDB is very limited and it use version 2.6 with security issues, features, ... 
Gnocchi should be a solution for the customers using Gnocchi.

Seems driver Gnocchi is supported since OSP8.

OSP8 seems to be tech preview but some PM said that it is supported with version 1.3.x

Use Gnocchi 2.x on OSP8 with full support if possible.
