Description of problem:
With Mouse Keys activated it's not possible to move the mouse cursor with the numpad.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
GNOME 3.22.1, Wayland

How reproducible:
Turn on Mouse Keys and try to use them

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Settings → Universal Access → Mouse Keys
2. Try using the numpad
3.

Actual results:
The mouse cursor is not moving.

Expected results:
The mouse cursor moves.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle.
Changing version to '26'.
