Description of problem:When I limit the users access to vms and templates, and restrict the user to be able to view only user and group owned, the network topology ought to filter out all but their own networks.  As it stands, we have a user restricted to RHEV hosts, and when they view network topology, it also shows AWS and Azure.  The user should only see those if they have assets there
