Description tachoi 2016-12-12 23:14:03 UTC
Description of problem:
- Customer has a large number of service dialogs
- Many of these have a lot of duplication.
- Currently, if customer has to update one of the item in the service dialogs which is being used across many service dialogs, they need to go each dialogs to update them manually one by one.
- It would be excellent if we could have the concept of snippets in service dialogs. Small pieces of code that can then be combined to create a service dialog.
- This would mean customer only have to make changes in 1 place

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.x
3.x

How reproducible:
NA

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Actual results:
- Need to update multiple service-dialogs manually one by one.

Expected results:
- If we have this concept, customer only have to make changes in 1 place for all linked service dialogs on the item

Dave - Not sure how you were sending RFE's to Hardy, so I hope you don't mind sending this to you so you can send to him.

Comment 5 Dave Johnson 2017-04-07 15:00:34 UTC
Chris, no problem. It should be automated soon but currently is not, until that happens, just re-assign it to him like you would for any of your team members. THX

@dave - Cools, will do! Thanks for letting me know.

Comment 7 Chris Kacerguis 2017-06-14 13:31:12 UTC
We no longer allow the creation of dialogs in the SUI, so this is no longer valid.
