How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to settings->My setting->default views
2.change view to tile view for Services:Service Catalogs and save the settings
3.Navigate to services->catalogs to check if the setting gets applied


Actual results:
View does not get changed to tile view.

Verified in 5.10.0.3. Default view was changed for service catalogs.
