Description of problem:

The problem is the parameters which are intrinsic to the node, needs to be directly sent via the hiera data, which is kind of a work around at present - http://docs.openstack.org/developer/tripleo-docs/advanced_deployment/node_specific_hieradata.html

I would like to evaluate the composable roles with NFV specific composable roles ovs-dpdk and see what areas needs to be RFE'd.
