Description of problem:
When adding an additional disk for a VM running on vCenter, a user can not edit the disk size if IE11 is used. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cfme 5.6.3.3

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a VM on vCenter
2. navigate to the VM and click on "reconfigure"
3. add an additional disk

Actual results:
unable to specify disk size

Expected results:
it should work

Additional info:
As said, this only happens with IE11. Firefox and Chrome are doing fine.
