Doc Text:	PPP support is now moved into a separate package With this update, the Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) support is moved into a separate, optional _NetworkManager-ppp_ package. As a result, the dependency chain of NetworkManager is smaller and it is possible to limit the number of installed packages. At the moment the main NM package has a hard dependency on pppd, which
pulls in a lot of other dependent packages.

It would be better to move the PPP support into a NM plugin that can
be loaded dynamically when needed, and ship the plugin in a separate,
optional package.

Feature now available upstream (see GNOME bugzilla entry).
