Description of problem:

$ rpm -qf /usr/lib/python3.5/site-packages/decorator-4.0.10-py3.5.egg-info/SOURCES.txt~
python3-decorator-4.0.10-3.fc25.noarch

Looks like a backup file which should not be included in
the package.

Fixed in rawhide.
