1.Set up a CFME appliance.Manage a provider.
2.Click Configuration → Edit Server Relationship.Select the server that relates to this instance of the CloudForms Management Engine Appliance. 
3.Navigate to the Configuration->Diagnostics page; Click the 'Timelines' tab.


Actual results:

Timelines not displayed.

    Fixed setting of JS date variables.
    
    Fixed code to use Tiemline::DateOptions to set From/To date JS variables. This specific occurrence was missed in https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/9291
