python-winrm-0.2.1-3.el7 has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 7. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2016-eac634e7ff I've set this to low karma so if you can test and provide feedback on the bodhi update page that will get it out to the stable repos quicker. python-winrm-0.2.1-3.el7 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 7 testing repository.
