Description of problem:
Streaming API should support upload and download of snapshots. In order to be able to backup/restore from the API snapshot upload and download is needed. This ticket is to track the addition of this ability.

I've consulted with derez - The estimation is that it'll take around a 1.5-2 months to complete on all ends.

Verified, using ovirt-engine-sdk-python-4.2.1a3 and rhvm-4.2.0-0.5.master.el7.noarch

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
