Description of problem:

Convert PostgreSQL data to new format step fails
in upgrade Sat 5.6 with emb database on RHEL5 to Sat 5.8 emb database on RHEL6.

# db-control restore /root/db-backup/
...
Removing unnecessary files... done.
Restoring empty directories... done.
Restoration complete, you may now start the database.

# /usr/bin/spacewalk-upgrade-postgresql
start: unrecognized service

The same problem is in Managed DB and system upgrade path.
If 5.8 installer installs new postgres and you import old postgres dump then
/usr/bin/spacewalk-upgrade-postgresql miss postgresql-server (quite obviously..)

The solution is to install postgresql-server and continue with upgrade.
It can be fixed in rhn-upgrade docs.
