Description of problem:
Mosquitto in F25 is using an old version of libwebsocket. It requires libwebsockets.so.7 from libwebsockets-1.7.5-1.fc25.x86_64 but the current version of package is libwebsockets-2.1.0-2.fc25.x86_64, that provides libwebsockets.so.9
