SSUI doesn't allow you to save a blank retirement date to remove previously saved retirement date for a service.The admin UI allows you to do that.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Provision a service on SSUI.
2.Select the service from 'My Services'.
3.Click the 'Retire' button.Then click 'Schedule Retirement'.Try to save a blank date.


Actual results:

SSUI doesn't allow you to save a blank retirement date to remove previously saved retirement date for a service.

    Add clear button to retire service modals
    
    Adds a clear button to the bootstrap datepicker for the retire service
    modals. This allows a user to remove a previously set retirement date.
    
    Note that this will only work if you actually click the clear button, if
    you simply delete the previous input and then click save, the previous
    selected value from the datepicker will be submitted.
