Description of problem:
In order to be able to push the vdsm logs to the new metrics store we require the logs to include the timestamp, so it can be properly stored and later correlated with other logs and metrics.

Sorry, The time stamp should include the timezone as mentioned in the header.

Moving to 4.2, as I seem to recall there was no agreement it could be done for 4.1.

Yes, this should be included in 4.1 per your request, Yaniv already posted a patch for this issue

Patch has not been backported to 4.1 yet, moving back to POST.
