SSIA, the older bugzilla redirected http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/<something> to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/<something> to avoid that.

Actual Results:  It didn't redirect me to the SSL site.

Should be fixed now.
