icewm included Fedora logo.

I think that this is trademark problem. 
This bug is affected by Fedora derived distribution or Fedora Remix.

I suggest that resolve trademark problem.

Fixed in icewm-1.3.8-11.fc26, fedora-logos-26.0.0-1.fc26.
