Description of problem:

When I do a heal enable or disable of a replicate volume, I am observing restart of self heal deamon.
Heal enable/disable must not be restarting self heal deamon.

I am not able to reproduce on other setups  but on my setup I am consistently hitting it.
I have provided the setup to dev. team to look into ti

I have hit this as part of verification of 1403120 - Files remain unhealed forever if shd is disabled and re-enabled while healing is in progress. 

Initially i thought the verification was blocked, but As i am not able to reproduce the issue on other setup, i can proceed with validation on those setups
