Description of problem:
When start ospfd from quagga with a

router ospf
  network x.x.x.x


statement, after receiving some routes (from a cisco router), ospfd 
consumes 100% CPU time and does nothing, see also

The Bug is fixed in 0.97.3! I have rebuild it, it works!

Probably fixed in 0.97.3-1.FC3.
