Description of problem:

The Kubernetes manual pages aren't built. Instead of the expected content, they contain:

This file is autogenerated, but we’ve stopped checking such files
into the repository to reduce the need for  rebases.  Please  run
hack/generate‐docs.sh to populate this file.

1. sudo dnf install kubernetes-client
2. man kubectl

Actual results:
