Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 26-beta by Fedora user rdieter using the blocker tracking app because:

 nice to get security fixes in sooner rather than later, and ensure upgrade path from f24/f25 security updates as well

Discussed at 2017-05-22 blocker review meeting: [1]. 

This bug was accepted as Freeze Exception: It'd be good to get these security fixes in. However, if it causes issues with Anaconda, we'll have to revert it.
