libvncserver is a core rhel pkg, not in epel7 anymore, unsure if that version needs fixing or not.  Triaging there.

Seems the 2 linked CVE bugs are documented as WONTFIX (except apparently now bugzilla won't let me change the resolution to that now)

EPEL still provides libvncserver:
