Description of problem:
Here https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Satellite/5.7/html/Installation_Guide/sect-Scenario_3_Installing_Satellite_with_External_Database.html (4.3. Scenario 3: Installing Satellite with External Database), there are missing information about enabling pltclu and plpgsql languages as well.

Something as we can see in Spacewalk doc https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/PostgreSQLServerSetup or this:

> scl enable postgresql92 'bash'
> createlang pltclu mydb
