Description of problem:
When using encryption (LUKS) with a tablet/2-in-1 (latitude 7275).  You cannot decrypt the boot disk without a keyboard.  This can be problematic if you have to reboot and dont happen to have your keyboard.

Fedora 25 (Upgraded from 24).

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reboot and boot with encrypted disk.

Actual results:
No way to enter passphrase.

Expected results:
When no keyboard is attached the OSK should be displayed.

Cryptsetup does not provide password query prompt, it receives password from responsible utilities.

But I think this is a real problem, there should be some OSK.

Reassigning to plymount (I think it displays the real password prompt on boot)...

This message is a reminder that Fedora 25 is nearing its end of life.

Fedora 25 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2017-12-12. Fedora 25 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
