Create test run in TCMS via web show "500 Service Error"

How reproducible:
Yes. Can be reproduced.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open URL:
https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/plan/14587/test-plan-for-openshift-3-x#testcases
2. Click 'storage' -> 'Filter cases'
3. Click 'Run' -> 'Write new run'
4. I saw 'Create New Test Run' page with no 500 error.

Actual results:
500 Service Error

Create new run
