Description of problem:
The button for page turning is clickable before adding host to engine.

100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHVH 4.1
2. Login cockpit website hostIP:9090 with root account
3. Go to Virtualization--->Virtual Machines
4. Click the button for page turning


Actual results:
After step 4, the button for page turning is clickable, and the "No VM is running on this host" is displayed additionally.

Expected results:
The button for page turning is unclickable,  and the "No VM is running on this host" should not be displayed additionally.

Steps
1. Install RHVH 4.1

4. Click the button for page turning

Result
The button for page turning is unclickable,  and the "No VM is running on this host" isn't displayed additionally.

The bug is verified, change status to VERIFIED.

Correct typo for verify rhvh version, it is redhat-virtualization-host-4.1-20170202.0
