Tested various DTS-6.1 gcc versions, currently the latest one is devtoolset-6-gcc-6.3.1-3.1.el{6,7}.

The testsuite results look very nice, comparation against results from dts-6.0 is OK too.

Found "regression-like" failures in the following testcases (which according to Marek is nothing serious):
 - gcc.dg/plugin/diagnostic-test-expressions-1.c
 - gcc.dg/pr70281.c

The rest looks OK. Thus I think we may move this bug to VERIFIED for devtoolset-6-gcc-6.3.1-3.1.el{6,7}.
