Description of problem:

There are big chunks of the OpenStack console output missing in Beaker when running jobs on RHEL4 and RHEL5.

24.0 pre-release

How reproducible:

Easy

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run a job on RHEL4
2. compare the console output in Beaker with OpenStack


Actual results:

There are big chunks of the output are missing.

Expected results:

The console output should be complete even though we only get the last 100KB of the OpenStack console output.

Additional info:

Could be doing something wrong with the console log rotation when copying it from OpenStack.
