Description of problem:

Using kernel-4.9.3-200.fc25.x86_64. any chrome tab locks up. A small black rectangle appears in the upper left of the tab.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kernel-4.9.3-200.fc25.x86_64

How reproducible:

run chrome

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:

You can open a new tab. But search or give a url in the tab, and the tab will lock up.

Additional info:
reverted to kernel-4.8.16-300.fc25.x86_64, chrome works fine.

Changed nothing, just rebooted into kernel-4.9.3-200.fc25.x86_64.

Everything works fine.
