Deployment was started

Description of problem:
Configurable content is supposed to become read-only once a deployment has started, but on a deployment I have that errored out (OpenShift has been deployed successfully, CFME had an issue), I can still adjust my type and other node details for OpenShift.

Clearly, whatever I modify here will have no impact on anything, since the deployment has already been set up. To prevent any confusion, and be consistent with other sections, it should no longer be editable once the Deploy button has been pressed.
