Modified Spec File

After moving my configuration from FreeBSD I found out that EPEL version of squidGuard doesn't include quoted string patch (found here: http://www.squidguard.org/Downloads/Contrib/squidGuard-1.4-quoted_string_support.diff).

I built squidGuard from EPEL src.rpm with this patch and everything works perfectly. Is this possible to include it in EPEL repository?

I attached edited spec file that I used.

EPEL 7 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2024-06-30.\n\nEPEL 7 is no longer maintained, which means that it\nwill not receive any further security or bug fix updates.\n As a result we are closing this bug.
