gcc48-sfdc01776144.patch

While switching from rhel 6.7 to rhel 7.2, user noticed a very
high increase in compile time (from 32 seconds to 26 minutes).

User tested attached patch, that is missing in rhel 7.2 gcc,
as fix to upstream PR middle-end/60291.

  The patch was rediffed from
https://gcc.gnu.org/viewcvs/gcc?view=revision&revision=208113
because the fuzz in the change:
248: static bool
249: mem_attrs_eq_p (const struct mem_attrs *p, const struct mem_attrs *q)

to

248: bool
249: mem_attrs_eq_p (const struct mem_attrs *p, const struct mem_attrs *q)

User reports a gcc build with this patch corrects the problem.
