Rebuilding tigervnc SRPM stops at applying Patch101(0001-rpath-hack.patch).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -ivh tigervnc-1.3.1-9.el7.src.rpm
2. rpmbuild -bp tigervnc.spec

Actual results:

Additional info:
Patch101 has already been applied to xorg-x11-server-source-1.17.2-22(maybe since 1.17.2-18). Patch101 should be dropped from tigervnc, and add BuildRequires: xorg-x11-server-source >= 1.17.2-18.

Will be fixed with the next tigervnc update.
