boost-devel is obsoleted.

i need to build vs boost so a full content would be nice.

p.s. was this packaging in testing (as with the testing repo) before?

The boost-devel bits are fixed in 1.32.0-2. 

The rest as in, what? The static libs are in the devel package.

This package was not in testing. It should have been, however.
