Description of problem:
With rhr2-rhel4-0.9-14.9e.dummyrun, the USB test is giving "OK" even though I
plugged and unplugged nothing.  output.log attached.

USB appears to be working correctly in rhr2-0.9-14.9f; should be fixed
in CVS
