Description of problem:
Not closing dialog "Select fence proxy preference type to add" in "Power Management" when hitting cancel button in webadmin

Location:
Edit host > Power Management > Enable Power Management > click on "Add Power Management Proxy" > Click on Cancel button

Actual results:
Dialog will not close.

I duplicated on master. Clicking the X in the dialog header works as a workaround.
