Description of problem:
1. General RPM installation goes fine.

2. If we try to upgrade the RPM to newer version, following error is thrown on screen.
/sbin/weak-modules: line 174: /tmp/weak-modules.r3srrj/old_initramfs/./usr/lib/modules/3.10.0-327.el7.x86_64/extra/netxtreme2/bnx2.ko: Permission denied

3. However, installation is successful.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RPM with old version
2. Upgrade RPM to newer version
3. Observe the error

Actual results:
Error seen on screen.

Expected results:
Error should not be seen.

The error does not come from rpm but /sbin/weak-modules script. Whether it's a bug in there I have no idea, but reassigning to kmod which should be closer to the mark at least.
